Presentation of CSPC’s Research Achievements as a Special Report at the International Stroke Conference

The International Stroke Conference 2023 (ISC 2023), the world's most influential cerebrovascular disease conference, was held in Dallas, Texas, USA,more than 5,000 stroke experts from more than 50 countries attended the conference.

Professor Miao Zhongrong and his team from Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Affiliated to Capital Medical University, were invited to make a special report on the results of the study on the efficacy of the first-in-class drug Butyphthalide of CSPC in intravenous thrombolysis or intravascular treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke (hereinafter referred to as the "BAST study") and were granted the Paul Dudley White Award at ISC 2023.

Paul Dudley White Award is named after Dr. Paul Dudley White, one of Boston's most respected cardiologists, the father of American cardiology, founder of the American Heart Association, and an early leader in preventive cardiology. This award has further affirmed the value of the BAST study.
