CSPC Selected as Mercer China Healthiest Workplace

On November 25, 2022, the Award Ceremony for Mercer China Healthiest Workplace 2022-2023 was held in Shanghai, where CSPC was recognized by Mercer as a Healthiest Workplace. Nearly 10,000 people witnessed the moment virtually or in person.

“China Healthiest Workplace” is a biennial workplace rating program focusing on workplace wellness initiated by Mercer in China in 2016. As one of the most influential awards in the field at home, it is highly recognized by the industry for its expertise and objectivity. CSPC was selected from 308 companies spanning many sectors. The award is full recognition of the Group’s great concern for the wellness of its staff over the years.

In recent years, CSPC has continued to optimize its personnel structure for business transformation, attract young, international professionals and recruit a large number of outstanding talents every year. The Group keeps supplementing the primary positions while absorbing qualified and well-trained personnel with expertise and extensive experience to enrich the talent ladder.
