CSPC Awarded "Best Employer" by Zhaopin

After more than four months of intense competition, "Go! Workplace Multiverse", the selection of China's Best Employers of the Year 2022 came to an end, and nearly 10,000 people online and offline witnessed this glorious moment.

Standing out from more than 90,000 registered enterprises and institutions, CSPC was officially awarded the title of "2022 China's Best Employer of the Year" and "Top Ten Employers in Shijiazhuang".

Initiated by Zhaopin in collaboration with the Social Survey Research Center of Peking University and the National School of Development of Peking University, the selection of "Best Employers of the Year in China" aims to seek the Chinese employer brand benchmark through a professional, scientific survey and selection, so it is known as "the authoritative vane in the field of human capital in China". 

Based on the needs of business globalization, CSPC has been focusing on the growth of employees. Through a series of system settings, CSPC has opened up the development channels for employees, provided a clear and perfect ability training system, paid equal attention to multi-channel career development, and created multi-dimensional promotion channels for employees by means of salary, benefits, incentives and other measures.

In addition to the employee protection stipulated by laws and regulations, CSPC has also continuously improved various welfare systems, provided serious illness relief for employees and their families (spouses and children), and provided student grants for the children of outstanding employees so as to provide more comprehensive welfare coverage.
