CSPC Included in List Released by Hurun Research Institute!

The 2022 Hurun China Private Companies SDG Readiness 100 released by Hurun Research Institute listed the 100 Chinese private companies most aligned with the 17 sustainable development goals set by the United Nations. This is the second year in a row that Hurun released the list.

CSPC was included in the Top 100 list for the first time, ranking No. 39.

The survey scope of this list was "Hurun China 500 Most Valuable Private Companies 2021" (The threshold for being included in this list was RMB 32 billion). The data sources were public information of corporates and industries, including corporate annual reports and ESG reports (environmental, social and governance reports), CSR reports (corporate social responsibility reports), SDG reports (sustainable development reports).

CSPC, a responsible pharmaceutical enterprise in China, always pays great attention to its own sustainable development from various dimensions, including R&D and production.

Adhering to corporate ESG governance, CSPC releases social responsibility reports every year, so as to better reflect the group's original intention of "kindness". In 2021, MSCI upgraded CSPC's ESG rating report to grade A from the previous BBB.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, CSPC has not only actively donated anti-pandemic supplies but also actively cooperated with local epidemic prevention and control departments in drug production and allocation. CSPC received letters of commendation and sympathy from the Joint Prevention and Control Command of the State Council, the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and other departments, and was rated an advanced collective and private enterprise in the fight against the pandemic by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. In 2022, CSPC was gloriously granted the first "Hebei Charity Award".
