Cephalosporins are a class of antibiotics obtained by semi-synthesis to change the side chain of natural cephalosporin C obtained from the culture of Cephalosporium Acremonium as raw material. The antibacterial spectrum of cephalosporins is relatively broad, and cephalosporins have good antibacterial effects on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. If bacteria produce some enzymes that destroy certain antibacterial drugs, they can be resistant to certain antibacterial drugs. For example, bacteria are resistant to penicillin, but cephalosporins are more stable to most of these enzymes produced by bacteria, and they can kill bacteria instead of penicillin.
